At Mocked Up Garden Services, we take pride in delivering reliable, consistent, and professional results. Our Satisfaction Guarantee is our commitment that all services will be carried out to a high standard using the appropriate tools, techniques, and industry practices.
2. Realistic Expectations
Outdoor environments vary significantly, and final results depend on factors such as existing lawn condition, soil type, weather, weeds, growth patterns, and prior maintenance. While we aim for excellent results, we do not guarantee outcomes that are outside our control or require long-term treatment to repair.
3. If You’re Not Satisfied
If you believe the service did not meet the agreed standard, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will review your concern, request photos or documentation if necessary, and decide whether a corrective visit is appropriate. Any corrective work will be limited to the specific area or task originally agreed.
4. What Is Covered
We may provide a touch-up or correction if the issue is directly related to our workmanship. This includes areas missed due to oversight or a task not completed according to the agreed service scope.
5. What Is Not Covered
Our Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply where issues arise from environmental conditions, undisclosed hazards, property access issues, unrealistic expectations, pre-existing damage, neglected lawns and gardens, pest problems, soil issues, or conditions beyond our control. It also does not cover changes, extra tasks, or outcomes not included in the original booking.
6. Fair Use of the Guarantee
The Guarantee is designed to ensure fairness for both parties. We reserve the right to decline repeat or unreasonable claims, or claims made outside the 24-hour reporting period. Misuse of the Guarantee may result in refusal of future service.
7. Final Determination
All Guarantee outcomes will be assessed by our team. Our decision on whether corrective work is required, and what form it takes, is final. Our liability, if applicable, is limited to providing a reasonable correction of the original service or a refund of the service cost at our discretion.
8. Acceptance of This Guarantee
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of our Satisfaction Guarantee, including the requirement to report concerns promptly and the limitations described above.
